Bands that have visited Estonia.

The Prodigy

The Prodigy is a techno artist originating from Essex, England; founded in 1990.
They are one of the most selling techno artists in the world with more than 16,000,000 records sold worldwide.
They have released 5 studio albums, 1 compilation album and 19 singles.
Notable songs: Out of Space; No Good (Start the Dance); Voodoo People; Firestarter; Smack My Bitch Up; Spitfire etc..
They consist of three members: Liam Howlett who handles all the keyboards and programming; Keith Flint who’s a dancer and a vocalist; Maxim who is the MC and a vocalist.
Their connection to Estonia: they have performed twice in Estonia. First time in 1998 when they performed at Linnahall and second time in 2006 when they performed at Saku Suurhall.

Placebo

Placebo is a alternative rock band originating from London, England; founded in 1994.
They are one of the most popular alternative rock bands in the world.
They have released 5 studio albums, 2 compilation albums and 27 singles.
Notable songs: Nancy Boy; Meds; 36 Degrees; You Don’t Care About Us; 20 Years; Song to Say Goodbye etc.
Placebo consists of two members: Brian Molko who handles vocals, guitar, harmonica, keyboards and saxophone and Stefan Oldsdal who handles bass guitar, keyboards, guitar and backing vocals.
Their connection to Estonia: they performed live in live in Saku Suurhall in May 2007.

Depeche Mode

Depeche Mode is an electronic music group originating from Essex, England; founded in 1980.
They are considered to be one of the most influencial music groups of all time. They have sold tens of millions records worldwide.
Depeche Mode have released 11 studio albums, 3 live albums, 8 compilation albums, 49 singles and 8 box sets.
Notable songs: Everything Counts; Behind the Wheel; Personal Jesus; Enjoy the Silence; Barrel of a Guns; It’s No Good; I Feel Loved etc.
Depeche Mode consists of three members: Dave Gahan who handles lead vocals, Martin Gore who handles guitar, keyboards and some vocals and Andrew Fletcher who handles backing keyboards.
Their connection to Estonia: they have performed live in Estonia twice. First time was in 2001 and the second time in 2006 at Saku Suurhall.
